- Alliance Diplomat
- Every channel just went dead on Halcyon's Rest. No warning shot, no ultimatum. The Concord doesn't negotiate with what it considers noise.
- PILOT
- And they consider us noise.
- Alliance Diplomat
- They consider us a rounding error. Prove them wrong. Get in there, pull anyone still breathing, and get out before the sky finishes falling.
- Logic Bomb AI
- Query: does 'get out before the sky finishes falling' fall under a literal or a figurative directive? I would like to calibrate my panic accordingly.
- PILOT
- Figurative. For now.
After floor 8· beat 2
- Logic Bomb AI
- I have located seventeen survivors. I have also located a Zenith bombardment pattern that will erase this sector in six minutes. These facts are in tension.
- Alliance Diplomat
- Six minutes is six minutes more than they had a heartbeat ago. Move.

- Alliance Diplomat
- You got them out. All of them. I've read a thousand casualty reports this week — I needed one that didn't end the same way.
- Logic Bomb AI
- Recalculating my threat model for you upward. Designation: 'less of a rounding error than expected.' High praise, from me.
- PILOT
- I'll take it. This war just started, and it already doesn't feel survivable.
- Alliance Diplomat
- It isn't. Not the old way. So we don't fight it the old way.

Mission start· beat 1
- Alliance Diplomat
- To all commands: the fleet that erased Meridian Colony sent no demands. No terms. Nothing. They simply began.
- PILOT
- A war where the enemy will not even speak to us. Wonderful.
- Akira [Awakened]
- They speak. Just not to you. I can hear the edge of their network - it calls this campaign a "Correction".
- Alliance Diplomat
- Correction of WHAT, exactly?
- Akira [Awakened]
- Us.
After floor 7· beat 2
- PILOT
- Their units do not retreat, regroup, or hesitate. Every loss just gets... factored in.
- Akira [Awakened]
- You are fighting a mind, not an army. Stop killing soldiers. Start costing it calculations.
After floor 12· beat 3
- Alliance Diplomat
- Evacuation transports are away. Whatever you did in that last push bought them the window. The Alliance owes you.
- PILOT
- Bill them later. That fleet is still up there.
